An outline planning application for the change of use of 2 retail units to 9 residential units comprising of 3 bed housing, 1 + 2 bed apartments.
The proposal reinstates the sites heritage through sensitive refurbishment of the chapel. A new extension in a contemporary form is respectful to the scale and appearance of the chapel providing additional accommodation to the development.
